Biff Bang Roll
Ingredients :
- · 36 gr Sushi Rice
- · 1 piece Nori
- · 10 ml Mayones
- · 25 gr Cucumber
- · 20 gr Tuna Chunk
- · 30 gr Crab Stik
Complement :
- · Washabi
- · Ghari
- · Shoyu
Way to make :
- 1. Flat the rice on Makisu (bamboo roll) who has layered by plastic wrap ang Nori.
- 2. Return Nori, until the rice beneath.
- 3. Spread Mayones in Nori, Put the cucumber and Tuna chunk then roll it.
- 4. Cut sushi tp 6-8 pieces, put the Crab stik on sushi. Dishes it with the complement.
