Prosedure

Biff Bang Roll
Ingredients      :
  • ·        36 gr                Sushi Rice
  • ·         1 piece             Nori
  • ·         10 ml               Mayones
  • ·         25 gr                Cucumber
  • ·         20 gr                Tuna Chunk
  • ·         30 gr                Crab Stik


Complement   :
  • ·         Washabi
  • ·         Ghari
  • ·         Shoyu


Way to make   :
  1. 1.      Flat the rice on Makisu (bamboo roll) who has layered by plastic wrap ang Nori.
  2. 2.      Return Nori, until the rice beneath.
  3. 3.      Spread Mayones in Nori, Put the cucumber and Tuna chunk then roll it.
  4. 4.      Cut sushi tp 6-8 pieces, put the Crab stik on sushi. Dishes it with the complement.
