Procedure
Ingredients :
· 70 gr Sushi Rice
· 1\2 piece Nori
· 2 gr Tobiko
· 10 ml Mayones
· 25 gr Japaness Cucumber
· 20 gr Tuna
Complement :
· Washabi
· Ghari
· Shoyu
The Way to Make :
1. Flat the rice on Makisu (bamboo roll) who has layered by plastic wrap and Nori. Spread Tobiko on Sushi Rice.
2. Return Nori until yhe rice beneath.
3. Spread Mayones on Nori, Put the Japaness Cucumber and Tuna. Then roll it.
4. Cut Sushi to 6-8 pieces. Dishes it with the complement.
