FISH AND CHIPS

INGRIDIENTS       :

·        75  gr  Gindara Fish (Fillet)

·        60  gr  Lemon

·        10  gr  Pepper and salt

·        30  gr  Wheat  flour

·        40  gr  Egg

·        50  gr  Bread  flour

·        60  ml  Cooking Oil

COMPLEMENT             :

·        40  gr  Coleslaw

·        75  gr  French  Fries

·        20  gr  Tartar Sauce

·        30  gr  Sweet Mayonnaise

WAY  to MAKE             :

·        Smear the Gindara fish with Lemon juice , Pepper and Salt.

·        Rolled the fish into Wheat flour, Egg, then Bread flour until it’s covered.

·        Heat the cooking oil, then fry the fish until it’s ripe and yellow

·        Serve the fish with French fries, coleslaw, and tartar sauce.

                                                          

Stand up Comedy

Have you heard about stand up comedy?? May be many people in Indonesia have known about it. Yes, Stand up Comedy is  a comedic art. Usually, a comedian perform in front of a live audience , speaking directly to them. Stand up Comedy there in 18 century in Europe and America. The Comedian of Stand up comedy called “ Stand up Comic “ or easier called “Comics”.  The Comics recite a past paced  succession of short homourous stories  , short joke called “bits” and one liners , which constitute what is typically called a monologue routine or act also critism  as teasing allusion about something general in society. With many gesthure and style that they performed in the stage. Many Comic use some property to support their performance. Ussualy stand up comedy perform at café ,  club , university and theatre.

Despite the name stand up comedians do not always stand up when they perform the can sit down Martin Mull used an easy chair when  his performance.

In stand up comedy the comics must have a concept before they perform in the stage. Usually, the comics research  for  the material of their joke and the research are about general in society that can be joke and sometimes their joke are vulgar and critical. Usually They make a script or a note to make they easier when joke. In Abroad there are many famous Comics such Jerry Seinfield, Eddie Izzard, Akmal Saleh, Daniel Tosh,  etc. And may be you know  about these Hollywood actors  such Rudy Allens , Rowan Atkinson , Chirs Rock , Will Ferel and Jim Carey .

In Indonesia,  Stand up comedy rise in mid -2011, popularized by a relity show styled TV program, held by one private television station in Indonesia, following open auditions in several major cities in Indonesia. Since then, more TV stations in the country have already started or planned their own versions of stand up comedy shows. stand up comedy  well known when two of most popular coutries’s celebrity Raditya Dika and  Panji  Pragiwaksono promoting and doing stand up then they upload their video to You Tube and Twitter.

KERONCONG MUSIC ACCOMPANY YOUR DINNER!!!

Live music , always accompany us when we lunch or dinner in restaurant and café. many restaurant and café  provide it. Usually it must be pop,rock,jazz music. How if keroncong music  accompany your lunch or your dinner?? I think  it must be special. Keroncong is traditional music of Indonesia and of course keroncong identical for parents  but, how keroncong music  combine with another genre like pop,rock,jazz,dangdut  etc. may be you will interesting about it, and want to come to this restaurant.

“WARUNG KERONCONG GAUL” at jl.TB.Simatupang Raya lapangan golf RS.Fatmawati, South Jakarta . you  must be come to this restaurant if you wanna enjoy the different situation wit keroncong music as the live music, above all you can request a song and enjoy it when you lunch or dinner.altough it jazz,po,rock song it can be played by keroncong instrument.so, don’t worry if your favorite song is not keroncong song.  This restaurant made because when the owner make an expression of gratitude in they restaurant named “IKAN BAKAR FATMAWATI”, their keroncong group entertain the visitor and in thruth they have a good response from the visitor so the owner changed the concept  from  Warung Ikan bakar” be “Warung Keroncong gaul.”

Then, They successful because of this concept and the visitor are not  only the parents or old people but  teenegers come to this restaurant. But, not only about keroncong music as the live music but they have the special  food and of course  delicious food like Bebek Goreng Kremes, Bebek saos Padang, Bebek Penyet, and price : Rp.17,000-20,000. And for Gurame Asam manis  about: Rp. 70,000. And also “jus brekele “ that made from fruits and vegetables  make you addicted to come to there.

So, for you all who’s wanna try the delicious food and enjoy the different music must be come to this restaurant and it open every Tuesday – Friday from i3.30 -22.00.and live music performance start after lunch. It’s a good place for you who’s wanna enjoy your  unique lunch or dinner.

Oen is name of  Café that placed at jl. Pemuda no.52 , Semarang. OEN café is the oldest café in Semarang . It has opened since 1936.  The Architecture  of It was nothing  changed  so we such in the colonial era if we visit this café. The owner  don’t want to change the architecture because they want to make  it unique. and  this building was determined as the historical building  by the government . so, if the owner wanna change and decorate  It, they must allowed to the government.

Many tourist came to this café  because  the uniqueness of this café, but it’s not only reason to came to this café.It also the delicious food  and beverage in this café. recipe of the food and beverage is descendant  recipe   so, the food was remembered  about the traditional food that there were in the colonial era , many traditional food lover came to this café.  although they serve the traditional food  but  taste like an international food. They have many  main food  as KAKAP MENIR,BISTIK LIDAH, etc.not only the main food  but there are many meals like ice cream,bread,coffee ,etc  that can make you addicted to come to this café. and other reason that can make you addicted to come to this café is the price is not expensive.

In that era, just the rich and noble people can come to this café.
