FISH AND CHIPS
INGRIDIENTS       :
·        75  gr  Gindara Fish (Fillet)
·        60  gr  Lemon
·        10  gr  Pepper and salt
·        30  gr  Wheat  flour
·        40  gr  Egg
·        50  gr  Bread  flour
·        60  ml  Cooking Oil

COMPLEMENT             :
·        40  gr  Coleslaw
·        75  gr  French  Fries
·        20  gr  Tartar Sauce
·        30  gr  Sweet Mayonnaise


WAY  to MAKE             :
·        Smear the Gindara fish with Lemon juice , Pepper and Salt.
·        Rolled the fish into Wheat flour, Egg, then Bread flour until it’s covered.
·        Heat the cooking oil, then fry the fish until it’s ripe and yellow
·        Serve the fish with French fries, coleslaw, and tartar sauce.
